These Canadian stamps represent Canada by showcasing memorable buildings across the country. The style of illustration and design is detail oriented and is set in red and white, in line with Canada’s national colours.

In this project, the large amount of content is displayed strategically without compromising the overall design fundamentals and aesthetic. The choices in colours not only translate the theme of bees, but also allows for good contrast when reading. The use of hierarchy in typography also helps with legibility as well as contributing to the overall design aesthetic.

This piece pays homage to Fairey, as it presents a portrait of Fairey with the use of his own unique style. The highlights and shadows were created predominantly with the blob brush and pen tool. In this piece, the same colours Fairey famously uses were included, where the blues establish the shadows, whites make up the highlights, and red is placed in the background. Overall, this piece is a representation of Fairey’s style of portraitures as it achieves the graffiti, street-styled aesthetic, as well as follows the colour scheme, shading and highlight techniques, and subtle detailing.

This vector art of a wolf was intended for the cover of a book that required a rather minimalistic approach. Hence, the origami effect was utilized, as the texture and folds of the paper were upheld through the use of gradients. The orange-yellow circle behind the origami wolf represents the moon, furthering the wolf theme as it appears the wolf is howling at the moon.

Digital Vector Art "Corona Virus is here!" This piece was created at the height of the pandemic and resembles the frenzy over toilet paper that North Americans experienced, resulting in a shortage in toilet paper for many months to come. The is a 2D flat design approach but created from a bird's eye view, allowing for a more 3D feel.

This piece is an instance of photo manipulation, as Mariah Carey's face is blended into the painting as though it belongs within it. There is also an orange fox that is added in using various photoshop techniques to create the paint-like effect.

"The World is Watching" This digital college conveys a sense of tension and worry that comes along with using social media and technology in general.

Examples of iconography - Yellow lightbulb signifies inspiration, blue-greeen clipboard represents "method", and the final purple circle with 3 individuals represents collaboration.
